This is from a movie documentary series called Hippy Commune. It is a part of the epic series TimeSpace Chronicles. These clips feature (the voice of) Edmund the strange, Ahgamen of Keyboa, Julia Walsh, Jracoe, Gordon Strider, voice of Andrea, Katy, Rich, etc.
It is edited as a rough-cut, not a directors final cut.
